Berea College

Berea College Conference Services is your conference’s connection to all that Central Kentucky has to offer! We are located just south of Lexington, where the Bluegrass meets the Mountains, and we provide a full-line of conference and event services. Our meeting spaces are available for use year round and we offer lodging services from May to September. We also offer assistance with transportation, dining, off-site event and conference program coordination.

Our dedicated staff is committed to assisting every conference client in all areas of event and conference planning. Our goal is to provide each group with the feeling that their conference, camp, or event is the most important and only program on campus. Our office acts as a one-stop-shop where all needs, including housing, food service, meeting facilities, technology support, transportation and recreation services, will be coordinated with just one call.

<p>Berea College Conference Services offers several different overnight housing options and we will work with you to select the one that works best for your group.</p>
<p>Our campus features two room styles: traditional and suite. Each of our buildings include air-conditioned rooms, lounge areas and complimentary WIFI. Linen services are also available for an additional cost.</p>

Housing

<p>Berea College offers a wide variety of meeting spaces to fit your conference’s needs. All of our meeting spaces are fully equipped with audio/visual equipment. Whether your event calls for a classroom, executive boardroom, performing arts theater, or a gymnasium, we will work with you to find the perfect location for your meetings and events. Our meeting spaces are detailed below.</p>

Meeting Spaces

<p>Located just 10 minutes from campus, Windswept is an ideal place for your next gathering. Built by a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright in the early 1950’s, Windswept has a full service kitchen and over 2500 square feet of space for your guests. Conveniently separated into smaller rooms, it is often used for corporate meetings and leadership retreats, reunions and weddings. Step out onto the patio for a breathtaking view of the mountains and the valleys below.</p>
